Larabar From: THE ACTORS DIET Erica Tina Tina Fattiefatterton Lilveggiepatch Roseyrebecca Elizabeth Jarrard /26200487

THE ACTORS DIET is not really sure about that:
Lynn's Story Ugh. I kinda hate talking about my history with food because it s been such a roller coaster. I ve been a binge eater my entire life and have spent the last six years balancing it out with anorexia.

Erica can't forget that:
July 29, 2009 11:33 AM Lauren said... I can t wait to try these new flavors! Fun reviews :).

Tina thinks that the problem is:
#47 Tara on Jul 30th, 2009 at 6:25 pm I am a member of Healthworks also and think this challenge looks awesome! I d be willing to join/start a team also if we had enough interest?! Has anyone else mentioned something?

For this purpose, Tina suggests:
You ll see the final product in the October issue! Afternoon SnackI was parched and hungry after the photo shoot, so I headed to Starbucks to refuel and blog.

Before going any further, fattiefatterton wants to get this straight:
The ingredients in a Larabar?  That would be cashews and dates.  I have to admit,  I have never had dates before and so I was nervous to try this.  But I have to say it was very good!!  I loved the mild flavor, which was also pleasantly sweet.  I will definitely be buying more of these!!

#29 Kelly on Jul 27th, 2009 at 5:26 pm That s awesome. I love Lululemon. I m a bit of an addict. It s a bad habit considering how pricy their stuff is.

Similarly, lilveggiepatch adds:
I also had a big bowl of Daisy Brand 2% cottage cheese with grapes, an apricot, and strawberries . I sprinkled it with a generous amount of cinnamon , of course!

In other words, Tina puts it this way:
#42 meg c on Jul 27th, 2009 at 9:00 pm Ahhh tina that is so cool! So you re gonna be that super fit girl demonstrating the strength moves yeah? Awesome!

In contrast, Erica replies:

fattiefatterton has another idea:

However, Erica states that:
Kristen tried Peanut Butter and Jelly Her thoughts: "When I took my first bite, I thought Mmm .peanut butter and jelly. Tasty! Then a few more seconds into chewing it, it had a bit of a tang to it. I think the cherry came out. I am not a cherry fan so that s probably why it hit me so quickly. BUT, I started eating a couple of more bites and really started enjoying it. For an overall synopsis of the bar .I enjoyed it

Erica intervenes and adds:

roseyrebecca points out another thing aside from that:
But the end result came out splendidly I was really craving a berry smoothie for lunch after my trip to the gym this morning. I completed a ridiculously

Tina thinks about it:
#19 Sandhiya on Jul 30th, 2009 at 1:31 pm instead of just salad why dont you try like a brown rice with veggies? I buy the whole grain instant brown rice and stir fry all the veggies I can get my hands on and add the rice at the end (after microwaving it seperately). I throw in some beans at the end. I also do the same with pasta and veggies and while at work, i cut my string cheese and add it before I eat.

Elizabeth Jarrard does not seem to agree with this. In his own words:
German Chocolate-Definitely my favorite Jocalat Flavor. This and the Mint are the only two I like.... but this one is VERY good and up there with the normal Lara Bars.

While it may be true, THE ACTORS DIET thinks:
Lynn - Sushi and Sorbet Lynn - Hot Dogs SWAG!!!! Christy - You Asked: Yacon Lynn - Chew, chew

For this reason, Tina says:
#16 Lara on Jul 30th, 2009 at 1:19 pm My lunches are often big salad with beans, veggies, and a protein. Combo is always changing so doesn t get boring. I do question the inclusion of the Larabar as part of a meal? Isn t it more of a snack food? Not something I would include as part of a healthy lunch when there is not much other substance there.

Thinking that's not all, Tina adds:
#36 Spotty Prep on Jul 27th, 2009 at 6:55 pm The photo shoot looked like fun! #37 She-Fit on Jul 27th, 2009 at 8:08 pm Oh wow That is so exciting that you are going to be in the Oct issue of Shape. I am definitely looking forward to getting that issue. Congrats!
